Frank Warmerdam
Frank is a C++ geospatial software developer focused on data interchange.
He is lead of the GDAL (Geospatial Data Abstraction Library) project, and developer of the PostgreSQL/PostGIS driver in that library. He is also President of the Open Source Geospatial Foundation (OSGeo), which is home to GDAL and several other Open Source geospatial projects.
