PGCon2009 - Final Release

PGCon 2009
The PostgreSQL Conference

Michael Glaesemann

Michael Glaesemann has been using Postgres since 2003 following the project closely and contributing when he can.

He's interested in relational theory in general and its implementation in PostgreSQL (and he wishes he had time to help Jeff Davis out with the temporal postgres project). He provides explain-analyze.info as well as a neglected E.164 telephone number standard Postgres type on PgFoundry. He was hired as the first full-time DBA at MyYearbook.com in November 2007 where he helps ride herd over an ever-increasing number of Postgres servers. Data visualization has been a key component of managing the installation.
